Harris Fraser’s manager search and selection process leverages off both the traditional institutional databases known used by most major financial institutions and a unique private database built on emerging businesses, managers and past successful projects with other wealth families over more than decade.

Due to our broad channel search process we have demonstrated on numerous occasions that we can discover managers that appropriately ‘fill the gap’ for family groups and investment committees that consultants have previously failed to find.

Whilst our due diligence process includes an intricate assessment of the manager’s quantitative statistics alongside a qualitative assessment of the firm, team, philosophy, process, operational risks, disciplines, etc. our managers in the Family Office Services team will seek to include on-site meetings with managers, numerous conference calls and communication with our peer networks as important parts of the evaluation process
